Haihao Group Ships ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 WN & LWN Flanges to Indonesia Client

Haihao Group has completed fabrication and delivery of a batch of ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 weld neck flanges and long weld neck flanges for an Indonesia energy project. This order includes multiple pressure classes, ranging from Class 300 to Class 600, with varied wall thickness specifications such as SCH120 and SCH XXS, engineered to serve low-temperature piping service.

The supplied flange range covers 2 inch and 4 inch sizes. The 4 inch RF WN flanges are available in Class 300 SCH120 and SCH XXS variants, while 2 inch long weld neck flanges come with 12.14 mm thickness under Class 300 rating. The project also specified special short-radius weld neck flanges for Class 600 service in both 2 inch and 4 inch sizes. All products adopt raised face sealing surface and follow strict non-destructive examination.

As a core requirement for this Indonesia order, every ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 flange undergoes full UT and PT inspection. Material performance is validated with two witness test blocks supplied with the heat batch. One test block is treated with simulated post weld heat treatment, and the second test block is subject to 3.2 material inspection covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and low-temperature impact test. The material meets -46℃ Charpy impact requirements of 27J / 20J, making these flanges suitable for cryogenic pipeline systems.
