Haihao Group Ships EN 1092-1 Stainless Steel Flanges to Russian Customer
Haihao Group has completed production and shipment of EN 1092-1 stainless steel flanges for a Russian industrial project. This batch includes plate flanges and blind flanges, available in two corrosion-resistant grades: 2507 super duplex stainless steel and AISI 316L stainless steel.

The EN 1092-1 plate flanges feature DN25 PN16, Type B raised face design. One variant is made from 2507 super duplex. Heat treatment is performed on this 2507 flange to maintain stable mechanical properties, with ferrite content controlled within 35–60% as required. The other DN25 PN16 plate flange uses AISI 316L stainless steel, also manufactured according to EN 1092-1.

Besides plate flanges, the order contains DN20 PN16 Type B raised face blind flanges in AISI 316L grade.
