Haihao Group Ships ASME B16.5 F316L Flange Package to Singapore Client

Haihao Group recently wrapped up inspection and shipment of a mixed set of stainless steel flanges for a Singapore process piping project. This consolidated order gathers blind flanges, slip-on flanges and weld neck flanges, all manufactured to ASME B16.5 and forged from SA/A182 F316/L, with a mix of RTJ and RF sealing faces to match the site’s gasket arrangement.

The ASME B16.5 F316L flange package covers multiple sizes and pressure ratings. Blind flanges with RTJ face are supplied in 4 inch and 8 inch, rated 900# for high-pressure isolation duties. Slip-on flanges with RF face are available in 20 inch and 24 inch, class 150, suited for low-pressure general piping connections. Weld neck flanges span 10 inch up to 24 inch, with varied schedule thicknesses including SCH80S, STD and SCH60, across 150# and 600# pressure classes.
