Haihao Group supplies weld neck flanges to Russian client with precise specifications
Haihao Group has recently completed the production and shipment of a batch of weld neck flanges (WN flanges) for a long-term client in Russia, meeting specific project requirements in terms of size, material, pressure rating, and sealing face type. This shipment is another example of Haihao’s capability to deliver precision-engineered piping components across a variety of industrial applications.
The order included two types of weld neck flanges manufactured to international standards:
RF SCH40S A316L ASME B16.5 Weld Neck Flanges
Raised Face (RF) WN Flange
- Size: 2″
- Pressure Rating: Class 300
- Wall Thickness: SCH 40S
- Material: 316L Stainless Steel
- Application: Ideal for corrosive environments requiring strong mechanical connection and clean sealing surfaces.
Ring Type Joint (RTJ) WN Flange
- Size: 1-1/2″
- Pressure Rating: Class 600
- Wall Thickness: SCH 40
- Material: ASTM A105 Carbon Steel
Application: Commonly used in high-pressure oil & gas systems where a metal-to-metal seal is essential for leak-proof performance.

Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
All flanges were produced in accordance with ASME B16.5 dimensional and pressure standards, using precision CNC machining to ensure tight tolerances and proper sealing face finishes. The stainless steel flanges underwent passivation and full inspection to verify cleanliness and surface integrity, while the A105 carbon steel flanges were treated to prevent rust and ensure consistent performance under high-pressure conditions.
Haihao’s inspection team conducted full dimensional checks, visual inspections, and material traceability verification before packaging. Every flange was carefully labeled, marked, and securely packed for international transport.
