What should non-standard stainless steel flange notice?

In order to prevent intergranular corrosion caused by the heating of flange cover,the welding current should not be too large,about 20% less than the carbon steel electrode,the arc should not be too long, the layer between the rapid cooling, narrow welding path is appropriate.  

During the welding of stainless steel non-standard flange pipe fitting,carbide will be precipitated by repeated heating,which will reduce the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

Stainless steel non-standard flange,in order to improve corrosion resistance and weldability and appropriately increase the amount of stability elements Ti, Nb, Mo, etc.,weldability is better than chromium stainless steel non-standard flange. When using the same type of chromium stainless steel non-standard flange electrode (G302, G307),should be more than 200℃ preheating and welding after about 800℃ tempering treatment. If the welding part cannot be heat treated, the welding rod (A107, A207) of stainless steel non-standard flange pipe fitting should be selected.
