Haihao Group has produced a batch of API 6A standard flanges

We received an inquiry from our old customer in Colombia.  The inquiry content is API 6A flange, the specific inquiry content is as follows:

After receiving the customer’s inquiry, we quoted a competitive price to the customer at the first time. Since we have cooperated with each other for many times and trusted each other, the customer placed the order to us. 

API 6A ASTM A694 Gr F60 BLIND FLANGES

Now we have finished the production of the whole order and have delivered the goods. The customer inspected the goods by video before delivery and was satisfied. Today I will briefly introduce API 6A flanges to you.  

API flanges are manufactured for high strength operating refinery systems with products such as oil and explosive gases.

Api 6A 6BX and  API 6A 6B Flanges (welding neck flanges, blind flanges, target flanges and test flanges) are fully conformed to API 6A and made of modern alloy steel via advanced manufacturing techniques. They are robust and high cost performance.

API 6 A 6B flanges are of the ring joint type and are not designed for face-to-face make-up. The connection make-up bolting force reacts on the metallic ring gasket

API 6A 6BX flanges are of the ring joint type and designed with a raised face. Depending on the tolerances, the connection make-up bolting force may react on the raised face of the flange when the gasket has been properly seated. This support prevents damage to the flange or gasket from excessive bolt torque.
