The ASME B16.5 standard weld neck flange body is forged from ASTM A105 carbon steel. Inconel UNS N06625 nickel-based alloy surfacing welding is carried out in the key pressure-bearing areas (inner diameter and sealing surface). The wall thickness of the 10″ specification flange is precisely controlled at 8.56mm, and the design pressure is CL150. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature corrosive working conditions.

Material traceability system: Provide three-level material certification documents
Base material: Original factory quality guarantee certificate of ASTM A105 + spectral retest report
Welding materials: Chemical composition Analysis Report of INCONEL 625 welding wire
Surfacing layer: Metallographic structure test report (including dilution rate verification)
Process control
Surfacing overlay process: GTAW automatic welding + multi-layer and multi-pass welding technology is adopted, and the thickness of the transition layer is strictly controlled within 1.5-2.0mm
Non-destructive testing: 100% penetrant testing (PT) + ultrasonic phased array testing (PAUT), in accordance with ASME acceptance standards
Dimensional verification: The flatness of the sealing surface detected by the three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument is ≤0.05mm, and the deviation of the bolt hole span is ≤±0.3mm
Finished product performance verification
Hardness test: HV of the surfacing overlay layer ≥220, HV of the heat-affected zone ≤200
Thickness inspection: The minimum thickness of the surfacing overlay layer is ≥3.0mm
Intergranular corrosion: Tested in accordance with ASTM A262 E method, there was no sensitization phenomenon
The complete quality package delivered with the goods includes:
Material certification documents (each for base material, welding material and surfacing layer)
- Non-destructive testing report (including defect location map)
- Dimensional inspection records (including CMM measurement data)
- Surfacing Welding Procedure Qualification Report (PQR)
- Heat treatment curve graph
