Product Specification Summary

This NORSOK L-001 spectacle blind package combines stainless steel and carbon steel variants to match different service conditions on site. One 2 inch Class 300 spectacle blind uses ASTM A240 316 / 316L stainless steel, and it went through controlled heat treatment to stabilise material properties as specified. The rest of the carbon steel spectacle blinds are supplied in ASTM A516 Gr 60 and A516 Gr 70, widely selected for offshore process lines under NORSOK L-001 C11 requirements.

We prepared spectacle blinds across a wide range of specs: 1.5 inch, 2 inch and 12 inch nominal sizes, covering Class 300 and high-pressure Class 1500 ratings. Sealing face types are split between flat face FF and ring-type joint RTJ. The thick 38 mm RTJ spectacle blind for 2 inch Class 1500 service is built for demanding high-pressure isolation, while thinner FF versions suit standard Class 300 piping joints. All carbon steel spectacle blinds receive black paint coating for corrosion protection before packing.
