Haihao Group Shipped Low Temperature Hub Flanges & Blind Flanges to Indonesia Client

Haihao Group recently finished fabrication and shipment of forged hub flanges and raised face blind flanges for a fuel gas separation project in Indonesia. This batch of low temperature hub flange and blind flange components were manufactured strictly per customer drawings, with mandatory low-temperature Charpy impact testing to satisfy the vessel’s cryogenic operating conditions.

The order includes RF blind flange DN50 (2 inch), Class 300#, made from SA350 LF2 CL1 low temperature carbon steel. This SA350 LF2 CL1 blind flange is designed for -46°C impact toughness, serving the HP Fuel Gas KO Drum unit. Two sets of hub flange are also supplied: 24 inch SA182 F316/316L hub flange with 120 THK thickness and 384mm length, plus 2 inch SA350 LF2 CL1 hub flange of 25 THK, 122mm length for high-pressure fuel gas service.

Every low temperature hub flange and blind flange passed full material verification and cryogenic impact test. SA350 LF2 CL1 forgings must maintain required toughness at -46°C, while SA182 F316/316L stainless steel hub flange meets impact requirements at -196°C, suitable for deep cryogenic piping. Selected items received protective paint coating after machining, to avoid surface corrosion during sea transit to Indonesia.

Our engineering team reviewed drawing tolerances, forging specifications and test acceptance criteria before production. All forgings follow relevant ASTM material standards, and each component is marked with item tag numbers for full traceability.
