What’s rolled rings forging?

Hebei Haihao Group manufactures high quality rolled rings with excellent tensile and yield properties for gear, bearing and heavy machinery applications. We can produce forged rings in diameters up to 108 inches for steel alloys and up to 80 inches for other metals, with wall thickness ranging from 2 inches and up.

The open die forging process produces seamless rolled rings with a sound internal structure and circumferential grain flow, resulting in a product with superior yield and tensile strength, toughness and fatigue strength. The rolling process also produces excellent concentricity and surface smoothness. Forged rings are manufactured to tight tolerances to meet your specification requirements. For smaller quantities and heavier weight rings, we can produce by mandrel ring forging to your size, weight and specification requirements.

Hebei Haihao Group manufacture rolled rings in many materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys. Our rolled rings are produced to near net shape as forged or rough machined shapes, and can be finished to final print dimensions.

We manufacture according to industry standards, including ANSI, JIS, EN, GOST, BS and DIN, and provide full inspection and testing of all parts. 100% of the forgings provided by Hebei Haihao Group are UT-inspected.
