Pre-shipment inspection for Russia customer

We finished the flange products for Russia customer,our customer have very strictly requirements of the flanges,so they come to our company to inspect the products before pre-shipment.There is the inspection summary:

The quantity is meet contract requirement,the workmanship is passed,the product specification is passed,the packing is passed,the client special requirements is passed.

Ispection standard: GOST 33259,Sample quantity: 80pcs

1:For quantity check:All items all mass flanges are well packed.Below pictures:

For all items,corrosion-preventive oil was treated on the flange surfaces,the marks height on flange was 6mm,which confirm to clients requirement.

For all items,marking “SM 150-40-11-1-E-CT29-IV” was marked on unites.

For surface inspection:

The flanges are well finished with the surface treatment,please find pictures as below:

After the inspection of the flanges,the inspection company give us a report,we passed all items and the quality of the flanges is very good.
