Non standard flange is a kind of flange relative to the national standard or some foreign standards. Because the standard flange in some special occasions can not meet the use, it needs to transform some standard flanges to form a non-standard flange.

Recently, our customers in Fuzhou encountered a problem. Due to the on-site construction conditions, the outer diameter of steel pipes, the design of supporting connecting valves and other factors, we found that the American Standard, European standard and Japanese standard flanges currently used could not meet the above requirements at the same time. The on-site construction encountered difficulties. The customers consulted us and explained the on-site situation. Our technicians, according to the customer’s construction drawings, communicated with the site personnel and engineering designers. After several days of discussion, they modified the flange from the aspects of outer diameter, inner diameter, center distance of bolt holes, number of bolt holes, flange thickness, etc., so that the flange can meet the requirements of the site.
