Haihao Group Ships ASME B16.5 SA/A105N Flanges for Singapore Industrial Pipeline Project
Haihao Group has successfully completed the production and shipment of a comprehensive batch of ASME B16.5 A105N flange products for a long-term customer in Singapore. The order includes weld neck flanges, slip-on flanges, and blind flanges covering pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 1500, with sizes ranging from 1 inch to 32 inches.
Manufactured from SA/A105N forged carbon steel, every flange was produced in accordance with ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47 Series A standards. To ensure consistent mechanical properties, the products were supplied with heat treatment reports and mechanical property reports. All flange sealing faces were finished with serrated (phonographic) grooves, while the external surfaces received a black anti-corrosion coating for protection during transportation and storage.

The project was completed under Contract No. HH-06-260517-XJP (TS22) with a production schedule of 15 days, meeting the customer’s delivery requirements without compromising quality.
