Haihao Group finished the RST37-2 throttle orifice plate

We just finished and shipped an order for our client,the products including some orifice plates.As described:throttle orifice DIN19206-1 for flange facing raised face.Material RST37-2 ACC TO DIN 17100.The pressures are PN10,PN16,PN25.And the customer provided the following technical specifications:

We produced the orifice plate according to the specifications as follows:

From the above specifications and products,it is not difficult to see the principle and function of the orifice plates.Orifice plates are most commonly used primary elements for flow measurement in pipelines based on the principle of measurement of differential pressure’ created when an obstruction is placed in the fluid flow,due to increase in fluid velocity.

Orifice plates cover a wide range of applications of fluid and operating conditions.They give an acceptable level of uncertainties at lowest cost and long life without regular maintenance.

The material required by the customer is carbon steel RST37-2,we can also provide stainless steel SS304,SS316,SS316L and other materials to meet customer requirements.The orifice plate is suitable for RF flanges type.Of course,for the sealing surface is RTJ flanges,we can also provide RTJ plate,as shown below.
