The anchor flange is an axisymmetric torus with flange. The two sides of the flange are symmetrical flange necks. The ends of the two flange necks are welded with the ends of the pipe respectively and embedded in the anchor pile. By using the prior art, the two bolted flanges are combined together, the sealing gasket is cancelled, and an integral flange is made, which is connected with the gas transmission pipeline by welding, and fixed with the anchor pile by its flange and flange body, so that the anchor flange is used to fix the connection of the pipeline.
