This ASTM 240 Gr321 UNS N06625 overlay paddle blind batch includes two sizes: 14 inch and 24 inch, Class 900 RF face design. The base plate is ASTM 240 Gr.321 stabilized stainless steel, while the sealing surface receives UNS N06625 (Inconel 625) weld overlay. All overlay cladding is performed following qualified WPS and PQR, with heat treatment applied to stabilise microstructure and guarantee mechanical performance for sour working conditions. Manufacturing strictly follows the customer drawing, with overlay thickness controlled as per drawing requirements.

Every ASTM 240 Gr321 UNS N06625 overlay paddle blind undergoes full scope mandatory inspection. 100% X-ray inspection covers all overlay welds, paired with 100% LPE, LP test and UT ultrasonic examination for plate integrity.
