API 6A 6BX WN Flanges Supplied to Russia for High-Pressure Oil & Gas Applications

Haihao Group has successfully completed the delivery of API 6A 6BX weld neck flanges to a Russian customer, manufactured in ASTM A182 Grade F53 super duplex stainless steel. These flanges are designed for high-pressure oil and gas service, meeting strict international standards including ISO 10423, ASTM A182M, and NORSOK M-630 / M-650 (MDS D54).

Material & Manufacturing Requirements

The flanges were forged from super duplex stainless steel ASTM A182 F53, offering excellent resistance to:

• Chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion
• Stress corrosion cracking
• High mechanical loads under extreme pressure

Manufacturing and testing were carried out according to ASTM A182M, with additional compliance to:

• NORSOK M-630 / M-650 (MDS D54)
• ISO 16810 & ISO 16811 for ultrasonic testing
• ISO 3452 for liquid penetrant inspection
