Haihao Group Ships ASTM A350 LF2 Flanges to Kazakhstan Energy Project

Haihao Group has successfully delivered a new batch of ASTM A350 LF2 Class 1 flanges to a valued customer in Kazakhstan. The shipment includes welding neck flanges, blind flanges, and RTJ welding neck flanges, all manufactured according to ASME B16.5 and certified to EN 10204 Type 3.1.

These low-temperature carbon steel flanges are engineered for sour-service environments and fully compliant with NACE MR0175 (MR 01-75) requirements. The order demonstrates Haihao Group’s strong capability to supply high-quality LF2 flanges for oil and gas pipelines in cold regions.

Product Details

1. ASME B16.5 Welding Neck Flange RF, CL150, 3″

This shipment includes ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 welding neck flanges with raised-face facing and a hub manufactured to SCH40. The flange surface finish is controlled within 125–250 μin, ensuring reliable gasket sealing performance.
These ASME B16.5 WN RF flanges CL150 are suitable for sour service pipelines and are widely used in low-temperature applications across Central Asia.

2. ASTM A350 LF2 Blind Flange RF, CL150, 1½”

The order also includes blind RF flanges made from low-temperature carbon steel LF2, designed for system isolation and pressure containment.

With precise raised-face finishing, these ASTM A350 LF2 blind flanges RF provide high sealing reliability under CL150 pressure rating. They are fully compliant with NACE MR0175, making them ideal for H₂S environments.

3. ASME B16.5 Welding Neck Flange RTJ, CL600, 12″

The largest items in this shipment are 12-inch ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 WN RTJ flanges with a CL600 rating and SCH80 hub thickness (17.48 mm).

The RTJ (Ring Type Joint) facing, manufactured to a surface roughness of 1.6 µm (63 μin), provides superior sealing in high-pressure systems.

These ASME B16.5 WN RTJ flanges CL600 are engineered for demanding high-pressure and sour-service conditions typical of Kazakhstan’s oil and gas operations.
