Haihao Group Delivers Inconel 825 Nickel Alloy Flanges and Flanged Outlet Fittings to Turkey

Haihao Group has successfully completed the delivery of a series of Inconel 825 (UNS N08825) flanged fittings and pipe components to a Turkish customer engaged in a sour service piping system. This project required materials capable of withstanding severe corrosive environments containing hydrogen sulfide and chlorides — conditions that demand exceptional metallurgical performance.

The supplied products include:

• Flanged outlet pipe branch fittings (MSS SP-97, ASME B16.5)

• Spectacle line blinds (ASME B16.48)

• Blind pipe flanges (ASME B16.5)

All components were manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM B564 UNS N08825, with raised face (RF) flange finishing to RA 125–250 μin and EN 10204 Type 3.1 certification for full material traceability.

Superior Corrosion Resistance with Inconel 825

Inconel 825, also known as Incoloy 825, is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing molybdenum, copper, and titanium. It provides outstanding resistance to both oxidizing and reducing environments, especially against sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and seawater corrosion.

For sour gas service applications, the material fully complies with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, ensuring long-term integrity in oil, gas, and petrochemical systems.

This batch of flanges and fittings was designed for:

• Pressure class: CL150–CL300

• Run pipe size: 150 mm

• Branch size: 40 mm

• Wall thickness: 2.77–7.11 mm

• Service condition: SOUR

Each item underwent rigorous dimensional inspection, pressure testing, and surface finish verification to meet international quality standards.

Product Highlights

1. Flanged Outlet Pipe Branch Fittings
Manufactured according to MSS SP-97 and ASME B16.5, with precision-machined raised face flanges and smooth surface finish (RA 125–250). Designed for CL300 service pressure and compliant with NACE MR-01-75.

2. Spectacle Line Blinds
Produced under ASME B16.48, type “Through Bolted,” used for pipeline isolation and maintenance operations. The Inconel 825 alloy ensures corrosion stability even under high H₂S exposure.

3. Blind Pipe Flanges
Complying with ASME B16.5 Class 150, designed for nickel alloy pipeline terminations. Each flange is tested and certified under EN 10204:2004 Type 3.1 for mechanical and chemical conformity.
